摘要
采用反相高效液相色谱法(RP-HPLC),同时快速测定五种磺胺类药物残留。在Waters Nova-Pak C18 柱上,用紫外或PDA检测器,流速1.0 mL/min,柱温35℃,于267 nm波长处检测,流动相为5 mmol/L NaH2PO4 溶液-乙腈溶液(体积比为70∶30),磷酸调pH 3.0。完成整个色谱分离只须3.5 min,比原来的11 min大大减少了分离时间。
Five kinds of sulfa drugs residues in eel were determined rapidly by RP-HPLC method simultaneously. The chromatographic conditions were: column, Waters Nova-Pak C18 (3. 9mm i. d. ×150mm, 4μm) (at 35℃) flow rate, 1. 0 mL/min; detector UV-267 nm or PDA with 5 mmol/L phosphate buffer of pH3. 0 acetonitrile (70 : 30, v/v) as mobile phase. It takes only 3. 5 min to detect a sample.
