摘要
目的:研究骨关节炎虚寒证的基因表达谱。方法:临床上选择骨关节炎虚寒证患者8例,同时选择8例正常人,取血、提取mRNA、经标记、杂交、清洗、芯片扫描、图像的采集与数据分析等过程获得差异基因表达谱。结果:获得表达差异大于2.0倍的基因75条。讨论:对75条基因中已知功能的41条基因从病、证、基因多功能等角度进行了初步分析。
Objective : To study gene expression profiles on osteoarthritis of deficiency - cold zheng by applying cDNA microar-ray. Method: We choose eight patients on osteoarthritis of deficiency - cold zheng in clinical and eight normal persons at the same time. We obtain differentially expressed genes by drawing Blood, extracting mRNA, labeling, hybridizing, scanning, data analyzing and so on. Result: We acquire 75 which expression differentially more than 2 times. Discussion: We analyze 41 genes which have definite function at term of disease, zheng and gene multifunction.
