The Flaky aluminium nano powder is a kind of new metal pigment developed in recent years.It has many advantages,such as good particle-size distribution,excellent brilliance and hiding place and can disperse in coating completely. So people pay more attention to this pigment. PVD process is an important method for manufacturing flaky aluminium nano powder.
