摘要
目的 探讨血清IL-6,IL-8水平及其它肝功能指标对于肝脏储备功能的评定作用。方法 采用ELISA法分别测定肝炎、肝硬化及肝癌患者血清中IL-6,IL-8的水平,时间分辨荧光免疫法测定AFP,比色法测定ALT、总胆红素(TB)、总胆汁酸(TBA)、总蛋白(TP)、γ-谷氨酰转移酶(γ-GT) 前白蛋白(PA)含量,并分析它们之间的相关性以及与肝脏损伤的关系。结果 ①肝炎、肝硬化及肝癌患者血清中IL-6,IL-8及AFP水平呈依次递增,而PA水平依次递减;两两比较仅有肝癌与肝炎组AFP相差显著(P<0.05);②IL-6与IL-8水平在肝癌、肝硬化及肝炎组均呈显著相关(P<0.01);IL-6与AFP水平在肝癌及肝硬化组呈显著相关(P<0.01),在肝炎组亦呈相关(P<0.05);③血清中IL-6,IL-8水平分别与多种肝功能指标相关,尤其在肝硬化组表现最为突出。结论 血清IL-6,IL-8水平可作为判断肝脏储备功能的重要指标,其值高低可较敏感反映肝脏损伤程度。
Objective To study the role of serum IL-6,IL-8 and other liver function markers in evaluating the liver reserve function. Methods Serum level of IL-6 and IL-8 was detected using ELISA in patients with hepatitis,cirrhosis of liver, and primary liver cancer. Meanwhile, serum alpha-fetoprotein (AFP)was detected using time resolved fluoroimmunoassay (TRFIA). Alanine aminotransferase (ALT),total bilirubin (TB),total bile acid (TBA),total protein(TP) ,gamma-gluta-mate transferase (γ-GT) and pre-albumin (PA) by chromatometry. Analyzed the correlation among these markers and their role of evaluating liver injury. Results ①The serum level of IL-6,IL-8 and AFP in the patients with hepatitis,cirrhosis of liver,and primary liver cancer increased one by one. The serum level of PA decreased one by one,and only the AFP in primary liver cancer and hepatitis groups were different significantly by the paired comparisons test(P<0. 05);② The serum level of IL-6 and IL-8 in primary liver cancer,cirrhosis of liver and hepatitis patients were correlated significantly (P<0. 01). The serum level of IL-6 and AFP in primary liver cancer,cirrhosis of liver and hepatitis patients were correlated significantly(P<0. 01 in primary liver cancer and cirrshosis of liver,P<0. 05 in hepatitis) ;③The serum level of IL-6 and IL-8 were correlated to many liver function markers and this relationship was especially obvious in the patients with cirrhosis of liver. Conclusion The serum level of IL-6 and IL-8 can be an important marker of the liver reserve function, and the serum level can reflect the degree of impairment of the liver function.
