摘要 长期以来，我国的科技哲学研究队伍基本上由三部分人组成：科技哲学工作者、科学技术工作者和科学技术领导干部。这种“三结合”，是中国自然辩证法研究会建立以来一直倡导的，也确曾为我国科技哲学研究与科技实践的密切联系奠定了制度基础。像周培源、钱三强、华罗庚、关肇直、吴文俊等一大批著名的老一辈科学家，都曾积极参与我国科学哲学和技术哲学研究。但是，随着时间的推移，随着这批老科学家相继退去，
