为了发挥护理管理的最大功效,促进护理工作不断完善和发展,为医院树立护理品牌,从营造良好的管理环境、创建完善的管理程序、构建多渠道的管理途径入手,在护理工作中实施内涵管理,使科室护理质量全面发展和提高。
In order to achieve the most effect of nursing management,promote the constant development of nursing,and build up the nursing fame in our hospital,we carried out a series of measures to strengthen the connotation management,which included creating favorable atmosphere of management,establishing integrated management procedure and developing multiple management approach.This practice promoted the improvement of the quality of nursing overall.
