摘要
留学生对明治日本的贡献表现在各个领域,他们竭尽全力宣传移植欧美各国的政治制度、法律体系、思想文化以及军政、军令等军事制度,模仿欧美建立军法、军事教育体系,积极学习欧美各国的用兵战术和兵工技术,使日本在亚洲最早成为君主立宪国家并逐步实现军事近代化,并据此打赢甲午战争和日俄战争。但留学生之于明治日本的意义还在于,在日本走向军事帝国主义的不归路上,他们是最大的策划者、推动者和执行者。
Overseas students contributions to Japan in Mingzhi period can be found in various fields,and they try their best to introduce to Japan the political system,legal system,and the culture etc.from Europe and America.They actively learn martial strategy and martial technology from Europe and America.Their contributions made Japan a more powerful country and finally made them win the Jiawu War and Japan-Russia War and serve as a great help to Japan's invasive wars.
