服务公平性对顾客服务评估和行为意向的影响 被引量:12

摘要 作者在广州市某五星级宾馆的餐厅进行了一次实证研究 ,探讨正常服务中公平性对服务质量、消费价值、顾客满意程度和行为意向的影响。数据分析结果表明服务公平性对这 4个变量都有显著影响 ,而且 。
