摘要
在硼砂—氢氧化钠缓冲溶液中 ,1 -吡啶 -3-[4 -(苯基偶氮 )苯基 ] -三氮烯 -溴化十六烷基三甲铵 ( CTMAB)和阴离子表面活性剂 ( AS)形成紫红色配合物 ,配合物在 60 0 nm处有最大吸收。测定阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠表观摩尔吸光系数 ε60 0 分别为 1 .64× 1 0 4 ,1 .2 2×1 0 4 ,1 .1 5× 1 0 4 L·mol- 1·cm- 1。研究的新方法已应用于合成水样及环境水样中阴离子表面活性剂的测定 。
A spctrophotometric determination of aniomic surfactants has been repored.The method is based on the formation of purple red complex of 1-pyridine-3-(4-phenylazopheny)-Triazene [PYPAPT]Cetyltrimethylammonium bromide[CTMAB] and anionic surfactant [AS]in the presence of Na 2B 4O 7-NaOH.The maximum absorption wavelength of the complex is at 600nm.The apparent molar absorptivities of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate ,sodium dodecyl sulfonate and sodium dodecyl sulfate are 1.64×10 4,1.22×10 4,1.15×10 4L·mol -1 ·cm -1 .Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0 to 5.58mg/L for DBOSO 3Na,0 to 3.46mg/L for DSO 4Na,respactively.The molar composition of purple red complex was found to be PYPAPT:AS=1:3.The method has been applied to analysis of synthetic water and surroundings water with satisfactory results.
