摘要
目的 :研究补肾定喘汤防治支气管哮喘的作用机制。方法 :将大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、必可酮组、补肾定喘汤组 ,用放射配基竞争结合分析法和放射免疫分析法分别测定各组动物肺组织 β肾上腺素能受体 (β- AR)结合位点和 c AMP含量 ,用胸内压法测定气道阻力、肺顺应性。结果 :模型组肺组织 β- AR和c AMP均低于正常组 ,气道阻力增加 ,肺顺应性下降 ,补肾定喘汤可上调哮喘大鼠肺组织 β- AR、c AMP,降低气道阻力 ,改善肺顺应性。结论 :补肾定喘汤与糖皮质激素一样 ,可提高哮喘大鼠肺组织β- AR、c AMP。
Objective: To explore the mechanism of Bu Shen Ding Chuan Tang(BSDCT) on preventing and treating asthma.Methods: Rats were divided into normal group,model group,beclomethasone group and BSDCT group.The levels of β adenergicreceptor(β AR)and cAMP of the lung tissue were mesured by radioligand binding assay and copetitive protein binding assay individually.The airway resistance and pulmonary compliance were also observed.Results: The β AR,cAMP and pulmonary compliance in the model group decreased evidently.The airway resistance increased obviously.The BSDCT could promote the β AR cAMP and pulmonary compliance and lower airway resistance.Conclusion :The BSDCT has obvious effect on the β AR cAMP of the lung tissue and lung function in asthmatic rats as glucocorticoid has.
