摘要
采用ANSYS软件,通过对光纤Bragg光栅加速度计的动态特性分析,进行了结构优化,并计算了优化结构的灵敏度和固有频率。参照有限元理论分析,进行光纤光栅加速度计的实验研究,获得了加速度计的灵敏度和固有频率。实验结果与理论值具有较好的一致性,说明利用有限元软件ANSYS对光纤Bragg光栅加速度计进行辅助设计是有效的手段之一。
The dynamic characteristic of FBG accelerometer has been analyzed by ANSYS,optimizing the structure of FBG accelerometer and computing the sensitivity and natural frequency of optimized FBG accelerometer.According to theoretical analysis,experiment has been performed,acquiring sensitivity and natural frequency of FBG accelerometer.Experimental results are almost consistent with theoretical calculation.The consistency of both results shows that ANSYS,finite element software,is one of effective aided methods to design FBG accelerometer.
