摘要 对籽用南瓜籽油的理化特性和脂肪酸组成进行分析,结果表明,籽用南瓜籽油主要含不饱和脂肪酸,是不饱和脂肪酸含量较高的植物之一,其中亚油酸的含量高达52.92%,是一种极具开发潜力的营养保健油源。 The physical-chemical properties and fatty acid composition of seed oil of seed pumpkin were investigated in this paper. The results indicated that unsaturated fatty acids were the main components of the seed oil, and it's one of the highest unsaturated fatty acid level in plants, linoleate content was about 52. 92%. As a healthy oil source, this seed oil will have a profound developing potential.
