摘要
实施信息共享虽然困难重重 ,但仍然需要在发展中传承。用户消费信息的模式即将由采购信息转向采购服务 ,信息服务的模式也将要由信息共享向服务互用转型。本文提出了服务互用的概念、实现条件和体系结构 。
Although information sharing is beset with difficulties,it still needs to be carried on in development.The users'pattern of consuming information will change from information acquisition to service acquisition.The information service pattern will also change from information sharing to mutual service.This paper puts forward the concept,conditions and system structure of mutual service.It also analyzes the necessity and possibility of implementing mutual service.
