摘要
行政法时代要求行政机关在依法行政的同时有符合现代行政法治的依法行政的法律意识。我国 依法行政法律意识的现状不得不让我们深思,我们应该完善并更新我国行政机关的依法行政法律意识。
In the time of administrative law, administrations are demanded to have the law consciousness in administration according to law which accord with modern rule of administrative law. The status of the consciousness in administration according to Law in our country should be pondered and we should consummate and renovate the consciousness in administration according to law in the administrations of our country.
