Analysis of Uranium in Environmental Sample by Internal Standard Method

摘要 用MAT 262热表面电离型同位素质谱计测定了铀的同位素丰度比。环境样品采用HNO3 HF HClO4混合溶液溶解后,用TBP色层法进行分离纯化,再经电镀制备成供质谱用的测量源。结果表明,所测环境样品中铀的质量分数为:河水,8×10-8;长青树树叶,1×10-7;表层土壤,(5~11)×10-6。 Uranium isotope abundance ratios in the uranium samples are detected by MAT-262 thermol ionization mass spectrometry. Before mass spectrometry analysis, samples are dissolved in a concentrated acidic solution containing HNO_3, HF and HClO_4, and chemically processed by use of TBP chromatography and electroplate to suit the analysis requirement. Analysis results indicate that the (uranium) contents are 8×10^(-8) in the river water, 1×10^(-7) in the evergreen leaf, and (5~11)×10^(-6) in the surface soil, respectively.
