本实验以苦瓜为生产原料,确定了适宜的工艺路线和合理的添加物。在苦瓜汁中添加一定量的食盐、Vc,使产品具有淡咸苦香型饮品的特点,清凉解暑,符合现代人的消费观点,是夏季的优选饮料。
This experiment takes the bitter gourd as raw material to produce beverage.we determined the optimum process and additive.We add some kinds Of flavor materials into juice.The product possess salt,bitter,delicious and make people felt cool.It meet consumer's favor and is consumer's best choice.
