3D reconstruction of the TMJ'ss MR images in clinical practice

摘要 目的:探讨颞下颌关节MR三维影像重建临床应用的可行性,并提供优化技术参数与支持。方法:采用新型磁共振机对双侧颞下颌关节区和下颌骨、下牙列进行冠状位磁共振扫描。并进行MR三维影像重建。结果:MR三维重建后的关节盘、髁突、关节窝及下颌骨、下牙列具有良好的形态、清晰的边界;通过透明化处理,可以去除遮挡部分而清晰显示感兴趣部位。扫描及重建时间,较以往均明显减少。结论:颞下颌关节的MR影像三维重建简单易行、效果肯定。 Objective: To investigate the reliability of 3D reconstruction of the temporomandibular joint誷 MR imagesin clinical practice. To acquire optimized technological parameter of the magnetic resonance scanning. Methods: A seriesof coronal MR images of the bilateral TMJ, mandible and lower dentition were maken by new type magnet. MR imagesThen were reconstructed. Results: The articular disc, condyle, mandible and lower teeth have fine morphology and clearoutlines. The area which we were interested in could be viewed by transparentizing the outside covering. The time ofscanning and reconstruction of the TMJ were decreased than before. Conclusions: 3D reconstruction of the TMJ誷 MRimages is simple and easy to be done. The reconstruction has fine reliability.
