摘要
目的:本文回顾分析了非梗死性Q波临床病例的心电图特点。方法:10例非梗死性Q波病例包括病毒性心肌炎3例;肥厚性心肌病、进行性肌营养不良、多发性肌炎、Friedrech遗传性共济失调、脑出血、急性胰腺炎、急性肺动脉栓塞各1例。对其心电图特点进行分析。结果:上述病例心电图上均可见似心肌梗死定位的病理性Q波。结论:多种疾病心电图改变可表现为非梗死性Q波,其心电图改变有各自的特点,应结合临床表现和其他辅助检查与心肌梗死相鉴别。
Objective An analysis of 10cases with non-infarction Q wave was studied retrospectively.Method10cases with non-infarction Q wave included3cases of viral acute myocarditis,one case of hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy,Duchenne muscular dystrophy(DMD),polymyositis,Friedrech ataxia,intracerebral hemorrhage,acute pancreatitis and acute pulmonary thrombosis respectively.The characteristic of electrocardiography(ECG)of each disease was studied.Results The Q wave which resembled my-ocardial infarction could be observed on the ECG of each disease above.Conclusion The non-infarction Q wave could manifest on the ECG of many diseases,which displays the special feature of the disease and should be identified with myocardial infarction by the clinical manifestation and other laboratory and physical examinations.
