摘要
目的 :探讨微波固化治疗宫颈癌的临床应用价值。方法 :使用 GX- 型多功能微波手术治疗机 ,可调功率 0～ 15 0 W,频率为 2 4 5 0 MHz。对 70例中晚期宫颈癌患者进行微波固化治疗加化疗、放疗。同时与同期化疗加放疗 4 1例作对照 ,32例在微波固化前后检测免疫指标对比分析。结果 :1微波固化治疗组的近期有效率与对照组相当 ,均与临床分期有关 ,其疗效以菜花型病灶直径较小者为好 ;2治疗后肿瘤灶内癌细胞呈凝固性坏死 ,并有 T淋巴细胞明显浸润 ;3微波治疗后机体细胞免疫指标较治疗前有明显提高。结论 :微波固化治疗宫颈癌是一种简单、安全、有效的局部治疗方法 ,并可促进局部的免疫反应和提高机体免疫力 ,与化疗、放疗结合可提高治疗效果 ,值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To study the clinical values of microwave coagulation treatment on cervical carcinoma.Methods:By means of the multi-functional microwave surgery treater (GX-I) with FM 0-15W and 2 450 MHz,70 cases of cervical carcinoma in the middle and advanced stages were treated by microwave coagulation, together with chemotherapy and radiotherapy.Meanwhile, comparison was made with 41 cases of chemotherapy and radiotherapy, and contrast analysts of immunity were also made on 32 cases before and after microwave coagulation.Result:①The current effective rates of microwave coagulation group and the contrast group were similar and were related to the clinical stages.The cauliflower like focus got better curative effect.②Cancer cells in tumours were seen in coagulation necrosis and T lymphocytes were distinctly infiltrated after treatment.③The cellular immunity of organism after microwave coagulation was evidently higher than that before treatment.Conclusion:Microwave coagulation treatment on cervical carcinoma is proved to be a simple, safe and effective local treatment to deal with cervical carcinoma. It can enhance the local immunity and the organism immunity .It can increase the curative effect when it combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy. So it is worth popularzing this therapy.
