摘要
通过对业务流程再造的起源、应用效果的论述 ,分析以病人为核心的医疗业务流程再造的必要性以及对医疗护理服务管理的重要性 ,提出医院应用医疗业务流程再造理念对改进护理管理工作的思考 ,以促进医院在医疗市场竞争中的生存和发展。
Via discussing the origin and effect of medical service flow redesigning, the authors analyzed the necessity and the importance of medical service flow redesigning based on the idea of patient-centered health care, and addressed the thinking of medical service flow redesigning in promoting nursing management to accelerate the hospitals' survival and development abilities in the competing medical market.
