摘要
目的 :了解护士工作压力和生活质量状况。方法 :应用生活质量量表和护士工作量表 ,测评 2 80名护士的工作压力和生活质量。结果 :“自我成就感”(PA)分值低于Maslach的样本均数 ,属中等区域 ;“情感耗竭”(EE)、“去人格化倾向”(DP)分值 ,均低于Maslach的样本均数 ,差异有显著性 ;生理领域分值低于常模 ,而社会领域和环境领域分值较常模高 ,差异有显著性。生活质量与EE、DP呈负相关 ,与PA呈正相关。不同的工作类型是影响护士生活质量的重要因素。结论 :被测试护士心理适应较好 ,心理健康水平较高 ,但生理领域分值和自我成就感偏低 ,调节护士的工作压力 ,提高自我成就感和生理领域的质量 ,是提高护士生活质量的关键。
Objective: To bring out the correlation between job pressure and quality of life among nurses. Method: 280 nurses were measured by Instrument for quality of life assessment (QOL-BREF) and Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI). Results: The scores of Personal Accomplishment (PA) were lower than the scores of Maslach's study and sat in the moderate region. The scores of Emotional Exhaustion (EE) and Depersonalization (DP) were lower than the scores of Maslach's and there were significant differences between them(P<0.05). The scores of the physiological domain were lower than the scores of norm, but the scores of the social and environment domain were higher than the scores of the norm and there were significant differences between them (P<0.05). Between the quality of life and the EE and DP, there was a negative correlation. There was a positive correlation between the quality of life and the PA. Different type of nursing jobs played important role in influential factors of nurses' life quality. Conclusion: The nurses responded to this survey were in better condition of psychological adaptation, and they were on a higher psychological health level. But the scores of the physiological domain and personal accomplishment were lower. Adjusting job pressure, enhancing personal accomplishment and improving the quality of physiological domain were the key points to elevate the quality of life among nurses.
