摘要
目的 :探讨军事应激条件下军人个性特征、应对方式及心理健康的关系 .方法 :采用症状自评量表 (SCL 90 )、EPQ和应对方式量表 ,对参加军事演习的某部队 985名军人进行现场问卷调查 .结果 :①应激军人SCL 90得分 ,除抑郁外 ,各因子分显著地高于军人常模 .EPQ的 4个纬度 ,除L外 ,P、E、N显著地高于军人常模 .而积极应对和消极应对显著低于国内常模 .②积极应对与其SCL 90的总均分呈现明显负相关 ,而消极应对则与之呈明显正相关 ;P、E、N与消极应对方式呈显著正相关 ,P、L与积极应对方式呈显著负相关 .③从对军事应激条件下军人心理健康状况作用大小来看 ,消极应对方式的作用最大 ,依次为P、N、L、积极应对 .④N和消极应对对军事应激条件下军人心理健康的直接效应是显著的 .结论 :军事应激条件下军人的心理健康受个性特征与应对方式的影响 .
AIM: To study the relations of the coping style, personality and mental health status of military personnel in military stress. METHODS: Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire (SCSQ), SCL-90 and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (EPQ) were administered to 985 military personnel in military stress by group test. RESULTS: ① Compared with the scores military personnel norm, the mean scores of military personnel in military stress increased obviously in all factors but depression and the mean scores of EPQ increased in P, E, N but L. Compared with the scores of national norm, the scores of active coping and negative coping on SCSQ decreased. ② The scores of active coping dimension on SCSQ were negatively correlated with the scores of SCL-90 and the score of P and L dimensions of EPQ. The scores of passive coping dimension on SCSQ were positively correlated with the scores of SCL-90 and the score of the P, E and N dimensions of EPQ. ③ Passive coping had the greatest influence on the mental health of military personnel in military stress, followed by P, N, L and active coping. ④ There was close relation between passive coping, N and mental health status of military personnel in military stress. CONCLUSION: The coping style and personality characteristics of military personnel in military stress have significant influence on their mental health status.
