摘要
目的:观察国产新药甲孕酮(倍恩胶囊)对晚期癌症患者的疗效.方法:住院患者,口服倍恩胶囊,100mg,3次/日,连用4周,观察生活质量有关指标.结果:全组30例中,食欲改善率达86.7%、76.7%的患者每日进食量明显增加、体重增加率和体力状况(KPS)改善率分别为60.0%和53.3%,而且不良反应轻微.结论:倍恩胶囊可以明显改善晚期癌症患者生活质量,疗效确切、安全性好.
Purpose:To study the effect of homemade MPA on the Quality of Life(QOL) in the patients with advanced can-cer. Methods:The 30 patients in the hospital, received MPA,100 mg p.o. tid for 4 weeks. Results:The improving rate of ap-petite was 86. 7% , the rate of food take increasing was 76. 7% ,the rate of weight increasing and that of physical performance sta-tus (KPS) were 60. 0% and 53. 3% respectively. The side effects were rare. Conclusion:Homemade MPA can improve significant-ly QOL of the patients with advancecd cancer,it is effective and safe.
