摘要
生态服务功能是指自然生态系统及其所属物种形成与维持的人类赖以生存的条件和过程。它和自然资本共同为人类提供福利,同属全球经济总价值。评估生态服务功能价值时,三类相互独立目标———生态可持续性、社会公平和效用必须同时满足。作为目前应用最广泛、理论上最合理的评估方法,市场价值法在实际操作时却仍存在许多困难,因而探索和完善评估方法将是今后此领域的研究重点。
Ecosystem services refer to the conditions and processes through which natural ecosystems and the species come into being, sustain and fulfil human life. As parts of global economic values, both ecosystem services and natural capital ensure the welfare of human beings. The ecological sustainability, social fairness and efficiency, three independent goals of evaluation, must be all reached. Regarded as the most reasonable method in theory, the method of market value is most widely used at the moment. However it still encounters a lot of difficulties in practice. Therefore, it will become a key point in this field to develop suitable and feasible evaluation methods.
