摘要 目的　探讨白细胞介素 - 18对肝细胞损伤的作用。方法　查找国、内外相关资料 ,概述白细胞介素 - 18对肝细胞损伤的作用机制。结果　是肝细胞损伤的重要诱导因子 ,在肝细胞损伤中起着重要的作用 ,这种作用是通过细胞因子网络起作用的。结论　白细胞介素 - 18在肝细胞损伤中起着重要的作用 ,这种致肝损伤作用可被抗白细胞介素 -
