摘要
本文建立了一个准动力学模型以分析高速滚子轴承的打滑及滚子歪斜现象。模型对轴承轴向采用分片计算方法以解决偏载现象;在计算接触变形时考虑了与油膜厚度的关系;提出了如何判定承载滚子以减小计算量的方法。在大量计算的基础上,分析了轴承间隙、外载荷、转速、内圈倾斜及滚子数等因素对轴承打滑、滚子歪斜及轴承疲劳寿命的影响。其结论对轴承结构设汁有较大参考价值。所编的计算程序可作为实际轴承设计的辅助工具。
This paper presents a quasi-dynamic model to analyse the skidding of bearings and the skew of rollers. The axial slicing-method is used to consider the misalignment. The contact deformation is calculated by considering its relationship with oilfilm thickness. A new method of judging if a roller is loaded is presented to reduce the computer-time. On the basis of a large amount of calculation,the effects of bearing clearance,external load, angular velocity,misaligment of inner ring,and roller number on the skidding of bearings, skewing of rollers and fatigue life of bearings are discussed. The results obtained are of great value to the bearing structure design. The program developed can be used as a supplementary tool of practical bearing design.
