荇菜营养器官的形态结构及生态适应性研究 被引量:4

Studies on morphological Structure and Adaptation to the Habitats of Vegetattive Organgs of Nymphoides Peltatum(Gmel)O.kuntze

摘要 荇菜营养苗端的生长锥具明显的原套原体结构,原套由一层细胞组成。腺毛仅存于苗端倒数第2至第5间隔期幼叶的近轴面,起源于叶原基近轴面,由叶原基表皮上的腺毛母细胞分化并分裂而形成。腺毛由单列细胞组成,在冬季和早春分泌拈液较旺盛。荇叶解剖结构可区分为如下几个部分:上表皮、下表皮、叶脉、栅拦组织和海绵组织等。气孔器仅分布于成熟叶的上表皮,而垩腺仅分布于成熟叶的下表皮。叶肉的气腔壁上有星状石细胞分布,其起始细胞由气腔壁上的异型胞分化而成。水孔分布于荇叶波状缘的“波峰”处,开口于荇叶下表皮。叶柄、茎均具同化功能,但机械组织不发达。同一不定根的维管柱有五原型和六原型两种。侧根的产生正对维管柱的初生木质部。 Trunica—corpus structure of the shoot apex of Nymphoides peltatum(Gmel.)O.,Kun(?) can be obviously distinguished during the vegetative period.The tunics ofNymh(?)e,pelta(?) consists of one layer of cells.Glandular hairs only exist on the adaxialsurface of the young leaves which are located at 2—5 plastochron from the apex.They initi-ate from the adaxial surface of leaf primordium and are formes by differentiation and divisionof the mother cells on the protoderm of the adaxial surface of the leaf primordium.Glandularhairs consist of only one row of cells and secerete mucilage vigorously in winter and earlyspring which is rich in protein and carbohydrate.The leaf is composed of the following parts:adaxial epidermis,abaxial epidermis,vascular tissue palisade parenchyma and spongyparenchyma.Stomata only distribute on the adaxial surface of the adult leaf while chalk glandonly on its abaxial (?) A(?)ereids in the mesophyll disperse on the walls of air cham-bers.The (?) cells of sclereides are differentiated from the idioblast of the wall of airchambers.The water pores which are all on the abaxial surface can be found on the“wavecrest”of the wavy edge of the leaf.The petiole and the stem all posses assimilation,but con-tain very littls mechanical tissue.Two type of vascular cylinders are found in the same ad-ventitive root:pentarch and hexarch.The lateral root initiates toward the protoxylem of thevascular cylinder.
