摘要
对L 亮氨酸产生菌黄色短杆菌TK0303(Met-+2 TAr+α ABr+β HLr+SGr+Rifr800μg/mL)的摇瓶发酵条件进行了研究,经种子培养条件及培养基、发酵培养基的优化后,采用该最佳条件,L 亮氨酸产量由19.2g/L提高至25.2g/L.
The fermentation conditions of an L-leucine producing strain, Brevibacterium flavum TK0303(Met^-+2-TA^r+α-AB^r+β-HL^r+SG^r+Rif^r800 μg/mL)in shake-flask were studied and its seed culture conditions, seed culture medium and fermentation culture medium were optimized. Under the optimum culture conditions, the strain can produce higher L-leucine yield of 25.2 g/L than that of original 19.2 g/L.
