摘要
对高荧光产率的蛋白质分子,用几种方法进行荧光猝灭以获取喇曼信号。对此做了比较,并给出消除牛血清白蛋白溶液样品荧光的最佳方法和实验结果。
The several methods are studied to detect Raman signals by guenching the luorescence fromprotein molecules which show high fluorescence.The best means and result by guenching the fluo-rescence form the BSA sample in agueous solution are reported.
