摘要
在工程实际中,为了改善弹簧的使用性能和特殊要求,常采用由多根螺旋弹簧构成的组合弹簧.本文主要由密圈弹簧理论出发,详细讨论了工程上广为采用的并联圆柱螺旋组合弹簧的轴向变形、横向变形、复合应力、压簧稳定性、自由振动频率及疲劳强度的性能.给出了能够便于工程应用的计算公式.
Shunt cluster spring consisted by several helical springs are commonly used to improve the performance of springs and satisfy special requirements for springs.From the closely coiled helical spring, axial deformation, lateral deformation, compound stress, stability of compression spring, free vibration frequency and fatigue strength of cylindrical helical springs connected in parallel are discussed in detail and a calculation formula is given for easy application.
