摘要
通过大量的室内实验,分析讨论了复合土壤胶结料材料的性能,以及掺量、固化对象、养护条件等因素对材料性能的影响,并对比分析了胶结料固化土和水泥土的抗压强度及微观结构.研究结果表明:复合土壤胶结料与土壤拌合后,发生水化作用并形成具有胶凝性的水化产物使土粒固结,形成板体结构.复合土壤胶结料具有较强的适应性、较高的固结强度和良好的水稳定性.
By means of a large number of experiments in lab,the performances of composite cementing material for earth as well as the influence of various factors such as mixing amount of cementing material,consolidated objects,and maintenance conditions on these performances are analyzed and discussed.The compressive strength and microstructure of earth consolidated with such cementing material are compared to those of cemented earth.The investigation result shows that,after the cementing material being mixed with earth,the hydration takes place and the earth particles are consolidated by the hydrating product with gummosity,forming plate like structure.This composite cementing material possesses better adaptability,higher consolidating strength,and good hydrostable ability.
