摘要
分析了铝型材产品并行开发过程中活动之间的三种基本联系(非耦合、耦合与准耦合);基于设计结构矩阵和图论知识,提出了铝型材产品开发过程中耦合活动的识别的算法,并进一步划分了并行设计活动的级别,经过活动重组和过程优化,最后给出了能体现并行设计特点的铝型材产品开发过程结构化模型。
The basic relations (uncoupling, coupling, and decoupling) between the activities during the concurrent development of aluminum profiles are analyzed in the article. Based on the design structure matrix and graphic theory , an algorithm of recognizing the coupling activities during the concurrent development of aluminum profiles is put forward. The levels of the concurrent design activities are partitioned. The structured model of aluminum profiles development which can reflect the concurrent design characteristics is given out finally.
