摘要
目的 :提出并证明指纹图谱综合信息指数的合理性。方法 :用相似系统理论推导综合信息指数计算公式 ,用峰数弹性、峰比例同态性、峰面积同态性三个量化评价指标评价指纹图谱综合信息指数。结果 :与夹角余弦和相关系数相比 ,综合信息指数的三个指标都是最优的 ;用于实际样品的质量评价 ,判断结果符合实际情况。结论 :可较好地评价中药色谱指纹图谱间相似度 ,应用于中药质量控制。
AIM: To propose the concept of index of composite information and to prove its rationality. METHOD: The formula of index of composite information was deduced based on the similarity system theory and its performance was evaluated according to the three evaluating indexes:elasticity of peak number,homeostasis of proportion among peaks and homeostasis of peak area. RESULT: The values of the three evaluating indexes of index of composite information are the biggest among these of index of composite information,cosine of vectorial angle and relative coefficient. And the actual samples of Flos lonicerae and Xiangdan injection were used to check the correctness of index of composite information,and the results showed that it accorded with reality. CONCLUSION: The index of composite information is a good index to evaluating the similarity between two fingerprints and is helpful in quality control of traditional Chinese medicine
