摘要
钢闸门构件腐蚀是影响在役钢闸门安全的重要因素之一。本工作研究构件腐蚀形态、蚀余厚度检测方法及腐蚀概率,建立构件腐蚀状况分级评定体系;并结合受蚀构件力学试验结果,按腐蚀状况等级,提出构件抗力修正方法,从而实现钢闸门构件的安全诊断。
Corrosion of components of hydraulic steel gates is one of the important factors to influence safety of existing hydraulic steel gates. The corrosion features, thickness detection method of components after corrosion and corrosion probability were studied. The corrosion grade evaluation method of components was developed. With the results of mechanical experiments of corroded components, according to corrosion grades, resistance revision method is proposed for safety diagnosis of components of hydraulic steel gates.
