摘要
本文结合公伯峡混凝土面板堆石坝,针对施工期可能发生的最不利寒潮情况,进行了寒潮期间面板温度场和温度应力的全过程有限元仿真分析。结果表明,在寒潮冷击作用下,面板表面及中心的温度将随着寒潮的发生而持续降低,其中面板表面温度降幅最大此时面板表面和中心均出现拉应力,面板表面的最大主应力大于面板中心的最大主应力;面板表面和中心的最大主应力均发生在面板中部,即高程约为坝高一半的位置;采取保护措施可以明显削减寒潮始末的降温幅度及最大主应力增幅,保护措施越强其削减效果越好。
Based on the most disadvantageous condition of cold wave attack that probably occurs in construction period of Gongboxia concrete slabs of rockfill dam,the emulation analysis in finite element method is made for the complete process of temperature field and temperature stress of concrete slabs during the cold wave attack.The results show that the temperature of slab surface and the temperature of center slab fall continually with cold wave attacking,especially the drop range of temperature and the maximum principal stress on the slab surface are larger than that in the slab center.Moreover,the maximum principal stresses on slab surface and in center slab occur both at the middle section of slabs,about at half of the dam height.The range of temperature drop and increment range of the maximum principal stress can be apparently cut down by taking safeguard measures during the period of cold wave affack.
