摘要
在国际企业人力资源管理中,如何评价申请加入国际企业的应聘者是企业资源管理活动的一项重要内容,对人才素质的评价一般常用的方法是定性评估法。首先引入客观评价法;在使用主观评价指标时,运用差异性分析法以增强主观评价指标的准确性;在综合评价中,根据各指标的重要程度给予不同的权重,从而得到应聘者的综合素质。
One of the most important activities in human resource management in the international enterprise is to evaluate applicants. In general, the common method used in evaluation of the manpower quality is qualitative evaluation method. In this article, we introduce the objective evaluation method on the foundation of subjective evaluation. In order to strengthen the accuracy of the subjective evaluation index, we use difference analysis method. In synthetic evaluation, we give different weight to the index according to the important degree of each index, in this way we know the synthetic quality of applicants.
