摘要
根据心理学的需要和暗示理论 ,以及“温情导语”在读者服务工作中应用的实验背景、理论依据、实验过程、实验结果的分析可以得出 ,“人本读者服务观”在现今图书馆提倡“大读者服务”的形势下 ,具有重大的现实意义。树立“人本读者服务观” 。
In the current society,the humanism idea of “human-orientation” has been soaked into various industries,especially into the service industry. As a service work of the college library,the concrete reflection and significance of humanism service view in the work of reader service should be hard discussed. And under this big circumstance,starting with the psychological demand and the suggestive theory, an actually significant conclusion of “humanistic view of reader service” under the situation of “senior reader service” advocated by library is obtained through analysis and interpretation of the experimental result,experimental process,theoretical basis and the experimental background of “tender lead” in application to the work of reader service, so that the service work of reader can be further well strengthened in the circumstance of the information time, and the high-quality service should be also provided for studying and scientific researches of whole students and teachers to the utmost limit.
