摘要 目的　建立适用于血制品企业的PCR检测原料血浆的方法。方法　以HBV ,HCV和HIVPCR荧光定量检测试剂和WHO标准品对CAP样品、BBI样品和公司混合血浆进行测定 ,追踪调查部分阳性血浆献浆者。结果　PCR检测结果与CAP和BBI公布结果基本相符。在原料血浆中用PCR方法检出 35份阳性血浆。结论　PCR检测技术能应用于血制品企业。
