摘要
文章论述了高校专业实验室的重要性和加强专业实验室建设和管理的必要性及意义,分析了当前高校专业实验室建设及管理过程中存在的三个问题:(1)实验室硬件设施陈旧落后,仪器设备采购不规范;(2)实验人员待遇偏低,队伍不稳,数量不足,知识老化,素质偏低,结构失衡;(3)实验室管理滞后、利用率低。根据多年实验室管理经验和广泛调研,结合实例就上述问题提出了相应的对策。
This Thesis simply discusses the importance of the universities' speciality laboratories and the necessity and significance of enhancing the construction and management of universities' speciality laboratories. Then three problems on the construction and management of universities' speciality laboratories are analyzed. First, the instruments and establishment are crusted and overpast. The purchase of instruments and equipments is disordered. Second, the treatment of lab technicians is comparatively low. These people always change their job and the a-mounts of them are insufficient. Their knowledge is overpast. Their accomplishments are very comparatively low. The structures of the title of technician post and educational level are unbalance. Third, the management of lab fails to keep up the pace. The lab and its instruments and equipments are very inefficient. At last, the counter-measures are put forward basing on some examples.
