摘要
用间接测量的方法来测量游梁式抽油机的示功图 ,建立了示功图的间接测量模型 ,并介绍了示功图的计算过程 .提出了通过同步点信号来获取抽油机电机功率与光杆位移对应关系的方法 .给出了该测量方法在现场的试验结果 ,并将间接测量的示功图与直接测量的示功图进行了比对 。
The indirect measuring model was built, and the computation process of the model was introduced. Synchronization signals were used to obtain the corresponding relationship between the power of the electromotor and the displacement of the pumping rod. The field experiment results were given. The directly and indirectly measured dynamometer cards were compared, and there were tiny errors. It ensured that the indirectly measured dynamometer cards could be used to analyze and diagnose the beam-pumping unit. It was proved that the indirect measuring model was correct and applicable.
