摘要
本文研究了去甲肾上腺素在Nafion膜修饰碳纤维微电极上的电分析化学行为,找出了用碳纤维微电极1.5次微分伏安法测定去甲肾腺素的最佳实验条件。发现在选定的实验条件下,去甲肾上腺素的浓度在1.0×10^(-6)~5.0×l0^(-8)mol/L范围内和1.5次微分伏安法的氧化峰电流成正比,并依次建立了测定去甲肾上腺素的新方法。
The electrochemical behaviours of NE on the Carbon fibre microelectrode modified with Nafion have been invesitageted in this paper, the experimental conditions for dictermination of NE using Carbon fiber microelectrode modified with Nafion by 1. 5 order differential Valtametry have been found, the concentration of NE was linear proportional with the 1. 5 order differental Voltammetric peak Current over range of 1. 0× 10-6-5. 0× 10-8mol/L; A new method for determining the content of NE have been set up.
