摘要
标题化合物(SYP-298)是沈阳化工研究院的试验除草剂,由邻硝基苯甲酸经5步反应制得。其结构经核磁共振谱和质谱分析确证。SYP-298在温室条件下38 g a.i./hm2可防多种阔叶杂草,在600 g a.i./hm2对玉米和水稻安全。
The title compound (SYP-298) was an experimental herbicide of Shenyang Research Institute of Chemical Industry. It was prepared by the reaction of 2-nitrobenzoic acid with 6-amino-7-fluoro-4-(prop-2-ynyl)-2H- benzo[b][1,4]oxazin-3(4H)-one. Its structure was identified by Mass and 1H NMR. SYP-298 showed good herbicidal activity to broad leaf weeds at 38 g a.i./hm2 and safety to rice and corn at 600 g a.i./hm2 in glasshouse.
