摘要
以玉米淀粉(ST)及聚乙烯醇(PVA)为原料,制备全生物降解地膜。研究了ST-PVA交联反应的最适条件及增塑剂的最佳用量,并初步探讨了纳米SiO2对膜拉伸强度的影响,结果表明:复合交联剂甲醛与多聚磷酸钠(二者用量比1∶2)的最适用量为3%;交联反应的最适时间20min、温度为90℃、搅拌速度为120r·min-1;加入3.3%的MgCl2有利于交联反应;复合增塑剂甘油与乙二醇(二者比例为1∶3)的最佳用量为3.2%;添加0.03%的纳米SiO2对膜的拉伸强度有显著的提高。
With corn starch and polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)as basic materials, prepared full-biodegradation farm film.The best condition of cross-linking reaction and the best content of plasticizer was discussed.,The effect of nano-SiO2 on streng th of the film was discussed.The results are as follow:①The optimum cross-linki ng agent is the compound of formaldehyde and sodium tripolyphos phate(ratio of f ormaldehyde and sodium tripolyphos phate is 1:2),and the best content is 3%.②Th e best condition of cross-linking reaction:time is 20 minutes, tempereture is 90 ℃ and the mixed speed is 120r/min.③Adding 33%MgCl2 is helpful for cross-linkin g reaction.④plasticizer(rario of glycerol and ethylene glycol is 1:3)contents i s 3.2%.⑤Adding 0.03%nano-SiO2 can obviously improve strength of the film.
