摘要
对实验对象进行了分组和分次实验,并将实验数据进行了整理和分析,以确定协作中团队的有效人数。实验结果表明,对某一任务而言,协作所需的团队人数不能太少,也不能太多,一般3-9人较为适宜。
This paper studies the Efficiently Individual Quantity of Team (EIQT) by grouping, and data collecting and analyzing . The findings indicate that there cannot be too many or too few persons in a cooperating team. Generally, the number from three to nine is appropriate. The study aims to decide the efficient individuals in teams when learning or solving problems.
