摘要
依据全国农村合作医疗的相关数据和实施情况 ,传统的农村合作医疗并没有明显地改变农村缺医少药的现状 ,这也正是目前福建省进行新型农村合作医疗改革的重点。因此我们在探索农村合作医疗多种改革办法的过程中 ,可以从理清“医、患、保”三方关系入手 ,实行“医、药、保”“三改”并举的改革路径 ,以此促进农村经济发展和医疗服务质量的提高。
Based on the data and situation of implementing rural cooperative heal th system (RCHS) nationally, the traditional RCHS doesn't appear to change the s tatus la ck of health services in rural areas, which is also the key in the ongoing refor m of new RCHS in Fujian Province. During the process of exploring the reform ori enta tion, it is feasible to clear the relationship among the health providers, clien ts and insurance agencies and simultaneously conduct reform of triple sides, nam ely doctors, medicines and insurance to promote the development of rural economy and the improvement of health service quality.
