摘要 采用前扩链反应与后扩链反应相结合的方法制备水性聚氨酯树脂,研究扩链反应及扩链剂对水性聚氨酯树脂的外观、稳定性、涂膜力学性能和耐水性的影响.研究发现,采用1,6-己二醇作前扩链反应与乙二胺作后扩链反应制备的水性聚氨酯树脂外观较好,乳液的稳定性好,涂膜吸水率小;采用二乙烯三胺与三乙烯四胺作后扩链反应制备的乳液性能虽好,但稳定性较差;并确定了扩链剂的最佳用量. Waterborne polyurethane resins were synthesized by the combinat ion of chain pre-extension and after-extension reactions. The effects of the cha in extension reactions and extenders on the appearance, storage stability, membr ane mechanic properties and water resistance of the waterborne polyurethane resi ns were studied. It was found that the waterborne polyurethane resins had good a ppearance, emulsion stability and low water pickup of the membrane when prepared with 1,6-hexylene glycol for the pre-extension and ethylenediamine for the afte r-extension reactions, and that the resins had good emulsion properties, but bad storage stability, when prepared with diethylenetriamine and triethylenetetraam ine for the after-extension reaction. The optimal quantities of the used extende rs were determined.
