摘要
分离大豆根腐病致病菌之一 Fusarium solani,并提取毒素,对大豆根部进行处理,研究结果表明,毒素的作用可使大豆胚根蛋白质含量和根系活力下降,可溶性糖含量和脯氨酸含量增加,过氧化物酶活性和组织电导率增加。
The soybean root was treated with the toxin extracted from the F.solani. The result showed that the effect of the F.solani toxin could decrease the content of the protein in the soybean radicle and the root activity, at the same time, it could increase the content of the dissolubility sugar and the Proline, could increase the enzymatic activity of the peroxid and the tissue conductance.
