摘要
目的 :了解国内心理咨询师的工作倦怠现状。方法 :采用Maslach倦怠量表 -服务行业版(MBI -HSS)对 171名心理咨询师进行了调查。结果 :(1)人口统计学变量方面 ,男性咨询师去人性化程度比女性严重 (t =2 2 3 3 ,P <0 0 5 ) ,同时比女性体会到更多的个人成就感 (t =1 976,P <0 0 5 ) ;年轻咨询师情绪疲惫程度比年长咨询师严重 (F =3 3 66,P <0 0 5 ) ;从业时间短的咨询师去人性化程度更严重 (t =2 0 72 ,P <0 0 5 ) ,个人成就感更低 (t =-2 93 9,P <0 0 5 ) ;在婚姻状况和受教育程度方面 ,心理咨询师工作倦怠不存在显著差异。 (2 )咨询时间方面 ,咨询师周咨询时间越长 ,去人性化程度越严重 (t =-1 970 ,P <0 0 5 )。 (3 )工作场所方面 ,在学校工作的咨询师去人性化程度显著低于在医院工作的咨询师(F =3 2 5 5 ,P <0 0 5 )。结论 :心理咨询师的工作倦怠在性别、年龄、从业时间、周咨询时间和工作场所方面存在差异。
Objective:To explore the extent of psychological counselors’ job burnout. Methods:171 psychological counselors were tested by MBI-HSS.Results:(1) In the aspects of demographic variables, male experienced higher cynicism(t=2.233,P<0.05)and greater personal accomplishment(t=1.976,P<0.05); Younger counselor experienced higher emotional exhaustion(F=3.366,P<0.05); Counselors whose job experience no more than one year experienced higher cynicism(t=2.072,P<0.05)and lower accomplishment(t=-2.939,P<0.05); Marital status and education had no effect on the job burnout significantly. (2) As their hours of counseling per week increased, they scored higher in cynicism(t=-1.970,P<0.05). (3) Counselors working in the hospital reported greater cynicism than the counselors in the school(F=3.255,P<0.05).Conclusion:There were difference in the extent of job burnout in different psychological counselors with different gender, age, the years of job experience, the hours of counseling per week and the working places.
