摘要
目的 探讨声带麻痹的中医辨证分型与治疗方法。方法 共收集 80例 ,分为 4种类型 :风邪入络 ,经气失宣 ;金创外伤 ,脉络受损 ;气血亏虚 ,脉络失养 ;疒徵 积肿块 ,压迫经脉。分别用祛风清热通络 ,益气活血、祛风通络 ,补气养血、滋补肝肾 ,消疒徵 散结祛瘀等方法治疗 ,以 3个月为 1个疗程。结果 显效 35例 (43.75 % ) ,有效 4 1例 (5 1.2 5 % ) ,无效 4例 (5 .0 0 % )。结论 中医药治疗声带麻痹有良好的疗效 ,病程越短 ,治疗越早 ,疗效越好。
Objective To investigate the TCM differentiatio n of syndromes and therapy for vocal cord paralysis.Methods A mong 80 patients with vocal cord paralysis,there were 4 types:Qi depressed due to wind invading the collaterals;the unnourishment of the channels and collatera ls due to metal prick injury;the unnourishment of the channels and collaterals d ue to Qi and blood defficiency;the blockage of meridians due to blood stasis and turmor.The patients were treated with herb decoction respectively,with a treatm ent course of 3 months .Results The obvious effective rate was 43.75% (35 cases),effective rate was 51.25% (41 cases),uneffective rate was 5.00 % (4 cases).Conclusion TCM therapy is effective in treating voc al chord paralysis. The shorter the course of disease is,the earlier the treatme nt is,the better result will be obtained.
