摘要
目的 探讨刺五加皂甙对血管性痴呆 (VD)模型大鼠学习记忆等认知功能的改善和对海马CA1区神经元的保护作用。方法 SD大鼠随机分为正常组、(VD)模型组、刺五加皂甙组 ,采用 4 血管阻断改良法制备VD大鼠模型 ,各组作避暗回避试验和跳台试验等行为学测试 ,Nissl染色。结果 行为学测试表明刺五加皂甙能明显改善 (VD)模型大鼠学习记忆等认知功能 ,形态学结果表明刺五加能减轻海马CA1区神经元丢失。结论 刺五加皂甙能减轻海马脑缺血缺氧后神经元损害 ,从而改善 (VD)模型大鼠学习记忆功能。
Objective To probe the effects of acanthopanax senticousus saponins on behavioural improvement and protecting neurons in CA1 region of vascular dementia model rats. Methods SD rats were randomly and evenly divided into control group, VD group and ASS group, Rat VD model was established by using 4 vessel occlusion method. Step through passive avoidance and active avoidance tests were carried on. Brain sections were stained with Nissl. Results The behavioural tests indicated that the cognitive function of the ASS group improved more obviously than that of VD group. The morphology demonstrated that ASS can lighten neuron lesion of hippocampus in CA1 region. Conclusions ASS can raise the learning and memory capability of VD rats, which may be realized by protecting hippocampal neurons.
